About The Founder
Time-Light® was created by philosopher Bryan Hubbard after he had suffered years of chronic depression and anxiety. When he reached a crisis point, he realised that we are made of time, and that time isn’t a dimension but an energy that is released at the moment of trauma. The theory are outlined in his two books, Time-Light®, and the bestseller, The Untrue Story of You (Hay House).
His deep insights into the connection between the perceived self and past trauma led him to develop a method that helps promote healing by transforming the relationship with time.
